Welcome to Phi Sigma Pi: Alpha Theta at Rutgers University! Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity, founded in 1916, is a gender inclusive fraternity founded upon a tripod of scholarship, leadership, and fellowship.  The fraternity encourages these ideals through the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge, the fostering of leadership through service, and the fostering of fraternal fellowship.   We are not a social fraternity nor an honor society, but rather a combination of the best aspects of these two.  Our brothers come from a wide variety of backgrounds and majors which makes us an incredibly diverse, yet cohesive group of individuals.   Our Brotherhood is open to any undergraduate student at Rutgers University who has completed at least 12 credits at Rutgers and has achieved at least a 3.00 GPA.  Interested in joining Phi Sigma Pi?  Information on recruitment can be found under the requirements tab. Contact information can be found in the E-Board tab.
